New Member Instructions

JOINING AS A NEW MEMBER

The easiest way to join us is online where you can also make your payment.

1. Click Join Online and complete the form on our Beacon system, including the Emergency Contact Information.

2. Click on Make Payment. Although this utilises the PayPal system you do not need a PayPal account - you can pay via debit/credit card if you wish (just click on the Guest option in PayPal).

3. Once you have paid your subscription, you will receive a receipt from PayPal and a new membership card to print out and retain.

4. Finally please email the Membership Secretary from the Contact Us page to advise him that you have joined.

5. Please read the Member Code of Conduct

If you would prefer to send us a cheque then please click on the New Member Application and download the form for completion. Then send it with your cheque (made payable to Bourton and District U3A) and a stamped self-addressed envelope (if you wish to receive a membership card) to the address on the form.
